The weather is finally good.
And what a better way of enjoying it than watch the traditional and annual regatta on campus? It is a whole afternoon of pure fun and crazy students around the lake. Basically, each department has a team that chooses a specific theme (this year's Economy was Ghostbusters; Nurses was Nuns; Political Science was Uncle Sam), and has to cross the lake with their rubber boats. Once they get at the other shore they have to drink a beer and spin around about 10 times, and get back to the other shore, in a relay. Of course that the fun part is that they get drunk and dizzy and all tipsy, and it's amazingly fun to watch!! I myself got a bit tipsy with all the beers I drank!
There was a huge audience yesterday (I'll show you some photos later), and it was difficult to find a nice spot... but all those hundreds of people around the lake set the mood... Danes look even hotter in the Summer time!! ;) I was drooling all day... it was memorable!! And it was a wonderful afternoon.
