Phew!! What a third season it has been for So You Think You Can Dance!
There has been a lot of mindblowing dance routines, and mostly a lot of eye-candy! Can you take your eyes off of Neil and Danny, two of the finalists!?
Particularly when they do it shirtless!!

the indian summer weekend

Unbelievably fantastic weekend in Copenhagen!!

All of a sudden, the weather changed and it feels like August - temperature around 28º, no wind, sun always shinning from 4:00 until 22:30...
And I didn't let the opportunity to enjoy it go away!! A beach grill at Amager Strand with the gang on friday evening, sunbathing by the canal at Islands Brygge on saturday afternoon, followed by an all night party at Zum Biergarten, closing with a great sunday afternoon at the beach.

I'm going crazy with all the eye-candy!! Shirtless is the rule, and I'm not used to so many delicious things prancing around the city...
I LOVE Denmark!!!

the canadian diver

Alexandre Despatie is a young canadian world champion diver, and he caught my eye on the last Olympics when I discobered my love for this sport ;)
He is the current World champion at the 1 and 3m springboard and is the first diver to have been World champion in the three categories (1, 3, 10m platform). And all this being only 21 years old!!
Besides all the talent, he looks very good on his speedos and is very easy on the eye :p He is so cute you just want to take him and snuggle all day... *sigh*

While reading this post from B's blog, I start thinking about David Fonseca's path from his early days as the frontman of Silence 4, the break-up of the band, and his work as a solo artist - how he became one of the best singer-songwriters in Portugal. His Silence 4 days remember me my teenage-years and the boost of portuguese musicians singing in english.

So I just HAD TO post this clip.

I began watching season 3 of Grey's Anatomy yesterday, and today I watched the second episode and had a great surprise at the end!

If you haven't seen this episode and want to see it, don't watch the clip - it's a spoiler!
But if you've already seen it or just don't follow this tv-series, you have to check it...
I've fallen for Eric Dane since he appeared on the show last season and on X-Men 3. He surely is the one and only McSteamy!!! I'm so happy he became a cast regular. I can drool over him on a regular basis now :)

the new coach

The swimming club I'm part of got a new coah - Mikkel.

We already had two female coaches and a 50-something guy, so when we got the news we were getting a new male coah - that used to be part of the national swimming team - everyone got excited.
He got the wednesdays, which is normally a dead day with not a lot of swimmers showing up. But that changed quite a bit last week, when he came for the first time. Word-of-mouth quickly spread on the new coach, who was accidently young, hot and very flirtatious. There was one catch though - he appeared to be straight as an arrow.

When I say appear, I can explain: he is straight, but he knows that he coaches a gay & lesbian club, with 85% of them being men... and we know how excited gay men get with a new toy ;) So it was amazing how at ease he felt among us, not afraid or insecure how usually straight guys feel when surrounded by gay guys. He is actually too at ease with the fact - getting a shower, going to the sauna, even a beer after practice. And that's what troubles everyone - not that we are complayning, but there must be something to him if he's so comfortable and enjoys all the attention is getting (even though coming from other men). The thought of him being either bi-curious crossed everyone's minds and so there's this enigmatic feeling surrounding him.

Or maybe it's our prejudices kicking in. Just like everyone else, we can't avoid thinking that there's something wrong with a straight guy being too intimate (in a socail way) with other gay guys - it simply can't happen, and if it does it's because something's not right. We have it so impregnated in our minds (that something is either black or white), that it's very difficult to see the world through a rainbow glass.

I am sure it is just our secret wish of scoring him and telling everybody how we turn a straight guy, or the enigma/forbidden temptation he is that makes all this so hard to disregard, but boy isn't he something!!!

The new 007 movie is almost here, and it looks greak!
Daniel Craig has been getting several praise from the critics as the new James Bond. No wonder, with that suave looks and those piercing eyes...

Look out for Mads Mikkelsen, one of the danish national treasures, playing baddie Le Chiffre!

Don't you just love Daniel Craig coming out of the ocean in those swimtrunks!? ;)

A couple of shows have premiered this Fall in the american busy TV season that deal with two brothers. They seem promising and let's hope they don't get the axe...

Supernatural stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki as Dean and Sam Winchester, two brothers who travel the country looking for their missing father and battling evil spirits along the way.
Sam Winchester is a college student bound for law school, determined to escape his family's past - unlike his older brother, Dean. Ever since they were little their father has been consumed with an obsession to find the evil forces that murdered his beloved wife, and recruited his two young sons to help them. They have grown up as hunters of the supernatural. Sam escaped this way of life after high school, and now has a happy life with his girlfriend, Jessica, and a promising future career. Dean, however, stayed behind with his father to join him in his "hunting".

Prision Break focuses on a prison designer who gets himself thrown into one of his own prisons to help his falsely accused brother escape death row. Described as in the vein of The Great Escape , the series will unfold over 22 episodes, charting the course of a single break. Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell star.

I'm eager to watch both shows. Albeit the hype, they sound interesting and crowd-pleasing at the same time. And eye-candy is always more than welcome ;)
