if you one just like it in your blog, Dan...it's a RSS Feed. actually I'm not quite sure what it does LOL - but everyone uses it and supposedly makes it easier/quicker to see what's new on your favourite websites/blogs.
Well, then I guess you've had one for a while, because that's how I've been keeping track you ;)
